Research

Our team performs in-depth research on your local community focusing on obtaining actionable analysis and data relating to local demographics; nationalities, race, religion, education, age, etc. We engage with community organizations and leaders through the use of focus groups, interviews, and round table conversations with the explicit goal of obtaining an eye-level analysis of community issues and needs.

Development

We focus on developing mission-based relationships in the community. We work with your team to develop a range of community actions ranging from creating community liaison(s) from PAC staff, developing Community Advisory Boards, creating positive and effective relationships with community organizations, drawing on local artists, developing workshops (poetry, theater, music, dance, etc.), helping produce and promote community performances & visual art projects.

By drawing on local and other talents we help create a pool of artists to conduct workshops and community performances in poetry, theater, music, dance, and the visual arts.
